  • Has provided support to schools in Hackney in setting up whole school assessment monitoring systems
  • Has worked with schools nationally in setting up tracking systems to flag under achievers and inform intervention focus
  • Has provided training for the assessment and data portion of NPQML and NPQSL courses
  • NASBM national school support staff awards - 2013 administrator of the year – distinction award
  • Regularly provides training for NQTs and new staff members to inform of school assessment processes and expectations
  • Regularly attends national conferences to keep abreast of updates to accountability nationally and share good practice with a wide network of schools
  • Qualified to MSc level in Analytical Chemistry, had previously worked in the semiconductor industry for 10 years
