Experience of census returns and ensuring accuracy of post 16 learning aims.
Experience of set up external software’s with assessment focus including 4matrix and ALPS.
Has provided support to schools in Hackney in setting up whole school assessment monitoring systems.
Has worked with schools nationally in setting up tracking systems to flag under achievers and inform intervention focus.
Has provided training for the assessment and data portion of NPQML and NPQSL courses.
NASBM national school support staff awards - 2013 administrator of the year – distinction award.
Regularly provides training for NQTs and new staff members to inform of school assessment processes and expectations.
Regularly attends national conferences to keep abreast of updates to accountability nationally and share good practice with a wide network of schools.
Qualified to MSc level in Analytical Chemistry, had previously worked in the semiconductor industry for 10 years.
