Shared Primary Subject Leader Network: PSHE and Literacy
COST: £90 + VAT per school (once you have booked 1 colleague from your school, they can add anyone who is interested in attending from your school to our google calendar invite)
Introduction
Sharing best practices around emotional literacy is crucial in primary education, as it fosters both academic and personal development for students. Our upcoming meeting provides an invaluable opportunity for PSHE and Literacy Leads to explore the significance of emotional literacy, share current practices, and address common challenges. By integrating emotional literacy into literacy lessons, educators can create a more inclusive and supportive learning environment. The meeting will also highlight available resources, tools, and professional development opportunities to equip teachers with the necessary skills and strategies. Through collaborative planning and the exchange of success stories, we aim to build a robust framework that promotes emotional wellbeing and academic excellence for all students.
